I found this book to be fantastic. As a 20+ year HR Leader, I have interviewed well over a thousand candidates. Surely, what can this book teach me? I’m not proud of that sentiment, but it’s how I honestly approached the book. I was wrong and learned a lot. Matt lays out practical and powerful advice to the candidate at any level. I found myself looking back at my past interviews and seeing key missed opportunities to better showcase my skills.
